An Upawasa campaign ........

On 5^th Sep 2014, a farmer lives in Welikanda started an Upawasa campaign climbing on a water tank against encroaching his paddy-field procured by Mahaweli Authority. He states that his land has been encroached by the two farmers beside his land.
