There was a clash between buses drivers in Kalmunai bus stand
on 26th Sep 2014. The clash started between two drivers, Kalmunai to
Trincomalee bus driver and Kalmunai to Batticaloa driver. After the clash
Kalmunai to Trincomalee bus driver made a complaint at Kalmunai police and
Kalmunai police arrested Kalmunai to Batticaloa bus driver and conductor.
Against that incident all bus drivers/conductors of Kalmunai to Batticaloa blocked
the road for Kalmunai to Trincomalee bus. Kalmunai to Trincomalee bus driver
informed to Kalmunai police on that situation and Kalmunai police arrested all persons
who involved with the incident and they were released same day evening.
